Are you looking for a venue to hire?
We have the Church rooms available to hire for one-off
or regular bookings. We have a modern new facility
situated across the road from the Church,

Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Toilet facilities and car parking on site.
Wheelchair Access inside and outside and an
Accessible Toilet.
Baby change facilities.
A well-equipped kitchen with servery hatch.
Equipment includes use of urn/kettles, fridge,
large (domestic) oven and microwave. Pots, pans and
utensils, cutlery, crockery for all types of meals.


Rooms for Hire:-

Bailey Hall – Large Function Room – Capacity 100
Cost of Hire is £12 per hour.
(Cost of Hire for the whole venue is £16 per hour-not including the Jefferis Room or Office)
The furniture includes Large Tables (12) small tables (11) and Chairs (100)

Lovatt Lounge – Committee Room – Capacity 20
Cost of Hire is £8 per hour.
(Cost of Hire for the whole venue is £16 per hour – not including the Jefferis Room or Office)
the furniture includes Large Tables (6) and Chairs (20)

Jefferis Room – Meeting/Therapy Room – Capacity 4
Cost of Hire is £6 per hour.
(Cost of Hire for the whole venue is £16 per hour)
The room is suitable for small meetings or could be
used as an office or therapy room.
The furniture includes Desk and Chairs (4)

Terms and Conditions of Hire
A Deposit of 50% is required on completion of booking form.
The balance will be due 10 workings days before the hire period.
If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking,
a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given.
Thereafter, there will be no refund of the deposit.
A copy of the full terms and conditions of hire will be
made available with the hire.
